What makes it different from a regular multivitamin?
It starts with 21 vitamins and minerals, then adds three blends: a 450 mg female support blend (wild yam, ipriflavone, damiana, dandelion, ginger, cranberry), a 110 mg immune blend, and a 130 mg antioxidant fruit and energy blend. That's 38 ingredients in two capsules.
Does it contain iron?
