Diindolylmethane (DIM) is made from indole-3-carbinol, a phytochemical found in cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cabbage, and kale. DIM may help reduce the potency of estrogen, thereby decreasing estrogen-like effects, and repair DNA.
